5 The Problem of Recipient in (Communication) Design
This article engages in the notion of the recipient in design practice with particular focus on communication design – the discipline placing all, direct and indirect forms of communication, in the centre of attention. It concentrates on the meaning and function of the organisation recipient within communication policy – organisation defined as any indication of the institutionalised form of system organisation (company, foundation, public person etc.).
